How to make your lockscreen look like this.
This is what you need:
•Intelliscreen(bought in Cydia/Rock)
•Winterboard(free in Cydia/Rock)
•Best Clear Lock Screen(its a theme from Cydia/Rock by Luke Salter)
•Open SSH(from Cydia/Rock) and a client like WinSCP for your computer.
Warning I strongly recommend that you either turn off Open SSH in SBSettings when not using it or change the password into something else so that unwanted people can not gain access to your iPhone. I will write a guide to how to do that later.
So now it should be really simple creating your own theme but non of the tries I have done so far have worked, so I modded a already finnished theme.
I wanted a completely clear lockscreen except for the slide button. But my problem was that the text in IntelliScreen was hard to read. I also wanted the ability to change background images but preserving the transparent look.
So what to do? Make sure you have all the stuff installed then open WinSCP.
In host name type your iPhones ip adress, it’s easiest found in settings – wifi – blue arrow on your iPhone. Port should be 22, leave the rest blank and push connect. Just push yes if it pop up a screen.

The Best Clear Lock Screen.theme should be there, copy the folder and everything in it to your computer.
Create a new map in the Themes folder ex. MyLockScreenBg.
Download the elf image from here download background here and put it into the folder MyLockScreenBg.
Now go to the downloaded The Best Lock Screen.theme on your computer and rename the directory to something you like ex. MyClearLockScreen and upload it to your iPhones Themes folder.
Go to /Bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI in your MyClearLockScreen folder and delete the files

Now open Intelliscreen on your iPhone
and choose the clear skin.
Open winterboard and move MyLockScreenBg to the top and put MyClearLockScreen under it. Activate booth by tapping them.
And there you go. You can add more lockscreen backgrounds by just making new maps and putting your background there. Use the elf image as a template.
Then check your new background in winterboard instead of MyLockScreenBg.
If you uncheck it your current background vill be used and if you uncheck MyClearLockScreen but leave the other checked it will be only the background but not clear. Have fun.
Edit: The original background was made by H Karuto PRODuctiOnZ, You can find it here Animewallpapers.com Direct Link to Elf BG. I use this as the iPhone background in combination with the one I altered in Photoshop.
Edit: Here is a cropped version of the original elf. Download Here.
